Our next destination today is Lake Sevan - "the pearl of Armenia". This fresh-water lake of volcanic origin is situated at an altitude of about 6,500 ft and is one of the biggest high altitude lakes in the world. Here we will visit Sevan Monastery overlooking the lake and at the same time observe the water change its colors surrounded with snow-capped mountains. And will continue to Tsaghkadzor - is a spa town and a popular health resort in Armenia, located north of the capital Yerevan in the Kotayk Province. We will also visit The Ropeway of Tsaghkadzor wich is situated on the top of Mount Teghenis

After breakfast, visit Haghpat monastery, (UNESCO World Heritage Sites). The breathtaking location on either side of the canyon and fantastic scenery makes the visit to these sites a truly unforgettable experience! drive to Armenian-Georgian border - Sadakhlo. After all the formalities enter Georgia. Drive to Tbilisi - the capital of Georgia.

Tbilisi city tour: A few unforgettable hours of familiarization with the capital. A charming town built in the 5th century along the twisting valley of Mtkvari River. Photo-stop at the museum of Stalin and proceed to the cave town Uplistsikhe (1st millennium BC) - one of the first cities in Georgia carved into the rock. The caves were the site of pagan rituals, before Georgia became a Christian country. After inspecting the cave city, head to Mtskheta - an ancient capital of Georgia, important religious centre and city-museum which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Along the way we will stop on the top of the mountain, at the confluence of two rivers - Mtkvari and Aragvi. Arrive in Mtskheta. After breakfast at the hotel start very scenic drive up through the High Caucasus Mountains along the Georgian Military Highway, which is the major route linking Georgia with Russia. On the way visit Ananuri Fortress overlooking a reservoir on the Aragvi River. Arrive in Gudauri located in the very heart of the Caucasus Mountains, surrounded by some of Europe's highest peaks, at an altitude of 2 200 meter above sea level and enjoy free time for skiing.
